Singing a cappella

It is impossible to be lonely

when​​ I​​ sing a cappella

​​ in four​​ parts​​ 

letting go of the electronic aids

in favor of the blending

of voices always seeking

resolution of the phrases

and the chords; moving

towards a communal harmony

that I cannot achieve alone.
