collect the dreams now
snatch them from the
darkness descending
on the dreamers and
the collaborators alike
save the dreams for
a later time, a safer
time, do not let them
die for there will be
no early light, no
easy awakening,
not a time to relish
them and wonder
at their origins,
take them now
and store them
in a wonderdrous
and beautiful place
collect the dreams now.
